Leadership Series
Make this the year you become a stronger leader.
Whether you are in charge of a small team or a multinational organization, leading people is always challenging. In this 12 week series, I will offer you the opportunity to engage in a series of lessons and “do it yourself” activities that will help you grow into your role as a director of others.
The foundational shift that the leaders of today encounter can seem a bit daunting at first glance. One way to better comprehend this shift is to compare and contrast the old leadership paradigm to a new leadership thought:
Old : I am the visionary.
New: Everyone is a visionary.
Embracing this idea and embedding it within the foundation of your organization will be hard work, but the rewards are well worth it. You will soon find yourself at the head of a more productive and competitive organization, a team in which every member’s true potential is realized.
Each week I will explore one principle from our 12 part leadership methodology, and provide a few exercises that will help implement this new school of thought into your team’s day-to-day practices.
